## What is Charlie?

Charlie Digital Reception is a SaaS product: a physical 55" 4K touchscreen kiosk combined with a software platform. It replaces or supplements a human receptionist. Visitors arrive at a building, use the kiosk to select the company they are visiting, and Charlie calls or notifies the relevant employee via VoIP/video.

Charlie is developed and operated by Charlie Digital Media B.V., based in Deventer, the Netherlands.
